How to use this website

The Patient Resource Center Online is designed for easy navigation by patients and their families. You can follow a “path” by simply clicking on the “next” or “previous” button on the bottom of each page. Or, you can go directly to the information you need by using the menu buttons on the left side of the page. Either way, you can easily return to where you started simply by click the “previous” button or the “home” button.

On the left of the page there are two buttons to change the size of the text for easy reading. You can zoom in or out on any page.

The information for this site was gathered through a collaborative process.
